Contract and procurement information may come from public or third-party sources. Information can be incomplete, delayed, changed or withdrawn. Procurement documents and the issuing entity remain authoritative. Contractors are responsible for independently confirming scope, deadlines, qualifications, addenda, submission instructions and every other requirement before acting.
4. No guarantee
AwardSignal does not guarantee contract awards, bid success, opportunity suitability, availability, completeness or that every relevant opportunity will be identified. A Signal supports an initial review; it does not replace a contractor’s bid/no-bid process or professional judgment.
5. Illustrative content
Sample Signal content may use illustrative opportunity information to demonstrate structure and presentation. Illustrative scores or status labels are not validated probabilities of winning and do not represent customer results.
6. Intellectual property
The AwardSignal name, Signal Aperture identity, website design, original written material, graphics, report formats and related materials are owned by or licensed to AwardSignal and may not be copied, republished or used to create a competing presentation without permission. Public procurement information remains subject to its applicable source terms.
7. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, misrepresent AwardSignal materials or use the site for unlawful purposes.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AwardSignal is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on illustrative or informational content, or decisions made about a procurement opportunity. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
